  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your shipment.

    • Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.

  • International Shipping: We currently ship to most countries. International shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination. Please note that customs fees, taxes, and other charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.


Shipping Rates

  • Within KSA:

    • Standard Shipping: Free on orders over SAR 200, or SAR 20 for orders under SAR 200.
    • Express Shipping: SAR 50 on all orders.
  • International Shipping: Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the items.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your delivery. You can track your package through the provided tracking link or visit the respective courier's website.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
