  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Exclusions: Some items are non-returnable, including:
    • Personalized or custom-made products
    • Opened earbuds or hygiene-related products (for health and safety reasons)
    • Gift cards or digital downloads

How to Return an Item

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Shipping Your Return: Pack the item securely, including all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.


Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that the processing time for refunds may take 5-7 business days depending on your payment provider.

  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, we recommend initiating a return for a refund and placing a new order. We are unable to process direct exchanges at this time.


Damaged or Defective Items

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened earbuds, headphones, and hygiene-related products (for health reasons)
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Personalized or custom products

Lost Returns

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for any returns lost in transit.


Excessive Returns

We reserve the right to refuse future returns from customers who have abused our return policy (e.g., excessively returning items or ordering products with the intent to use them temporarily).
